Technical Deep-Dive
Here’s the deal with the power: it’s a 2500W lamp that runs on 400V. We chose that on purpose. High voltage means lower current for the same power. That keeps your wiring from needing to be oversized, and it stops the voltage from dropping over those long runs you get in high-ceiling buildings. And the 300mm length? It keeps the unit nice and slim. So you can cluster them together right where you need the heat, without having to overhaul your whole layout. Because it’s shortwave infrared, the response is almost instant. Full power in seconds. You can turn it on when you need it, not hours before.
Material & Design
We went with a quartz envelope because it can handle the extreme heat and rapid temperature changes without softening or failing. Inside, a halogen cycle keeps the filament stable. That means the output stays consistent over the life of the lamp. The R7s connector is a simple, two-pin ceramic base. It handles the heat, holds the connection tight, and makes the lamp a direct replacement for standard fixtures. No need for custom wiring harnesses.
Application & Benefits
In a factory with high ceilings, this radiator puts the heat exactly where you want it—over workstations, near loading docks, or right along the production line. You get a huge amount of heat from a small footprint, and the focused beam means you’re not wasting energy. But here’s the trade-off: 2500W at 400V is serious power.
